Yes. The phone and the monthly service are covered through the Lifeline program for those who qualify. We don’t charge you to check your eligibility or to sign up. If you choose an upgrade beyond what the program covers, we’ll tell you the cost up front before you decide anything.
Bring a photo ID and proof that you qualify, such as documentation of your income or your assistance program. Call us before you come and we’ll tell you exactly what to bring so you only make one trip.
You get a smartphone that’s ready to use for talk, text, and data. If you’d like something with more features, ask about our upgrade options.
Ask us in person. We’ll let you know what tablet options are available and what the program currently covers. (Client note: adjust or remove based on availability.)
